Bill grew up in the, now booming, beach town of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Armed with a BS in Marketing from the University of Delaware, Bill began a career with Sears Roebuck Company. Years later the job took him to another beach town - Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Later a zig-zag west took him to Phoenix, AZ where he started two successful computer businesses. After selling the business, Bill realized he had experienced enough of the desert and missed the beach, so he came back to the beach, just a little farther south than the previous beach towns.

Bill says, "I'm certain that with my background in customer service, my technical skills, and sales background, I can really help my customers achieve their goals!"

From suburban Chicago, Carolyne visited St. Augustine for several years and fell in love with it's beauty, history and small-town feel. In 2003 she purchased her home by the sea, where she enjoys biking, reading, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Charles came to CENTURY 21® A1A Realty from the J.C. Penny Company where he was a Store Manager before retiring in 1998. He is very active in many Community and Civic organizations and currently serves as a Volunteer at The World Golf Village Hall of Fame. He enjoys the Real Estate business where he meets new people and can offer his assistance as needed.

Originally from Charleston, West Virginia and a recent graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, I am a new resident to St. Augustine. Larry is a native of southern Ohio. After growing up on a farm, he graduated for the Ohio State University. After serving his country as an Infantry officer in Viet Nam, Larry spent 35 years studying customers unique needs & providing just as unique devices to meet their challenges. These mechanical devices were for items that ranged from advanced military weaponry to ice dispensers. Larry moved to St. Augustine with his wife, a retired school administrator, to enjoy the weather and be nearer to his daughter and son-in-law and three grandsons. Larry’s son served as an airborne ranger with the 82nd Airborne in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Raised in a log cabin in the N. Georgia mountains, Stephanie attended Young Harris College and the University of Georgia, studying English and Art. Shortly after moving to Florida, she became studio assistant to St. Augustine's own nationally-known artist Peter O'Neill. During her 2 year internship, Peter taught her to paint with oils, which she still pursues in her spare time. She hopes to one day open her own small gallery. Stephanie lives in downtown St. Augustine with her fiance and their 8 cats.
